Testimony of Support from GAMAID FOUNDATION
I was stranded and in desperate need of financial assistance. I needed money to buy my school manuals and register for other important things, but I simply didn’t have the funds. At that point, I received financial help from GAMAID FOUNDATION, and I was able to get the manuals I needed.
I was also hungry at the time. I had no money to buy food and lacked basic toiletries—essential items for every girl child. Again, GAMAID came through for me with financial support that helped me meet these basic needs.
There was also a time when my school fees were due and the payment portal was about to close the next day. I had no source of help, and it felt like the door was shutting right in front of me. But once again, GAMAID provided the support I needed, right on time.
Their support came in several forms:
- School fees payment
- Provision of food
- Counseling and encouragement
I received this support in 2025, and I am still surviving through their generosity. The financial assistance I’ve received so far is approximately ₦66,750.
Because of their help, I didn’t have to go out and beg for food or compromise my values just to survive. The school fees support alone saved me from paying extra charges that are normally added once the portal is reopened after closure.
I am deeply grateful for your kindness and generosity. Your support has had a profound impact on my life, allowing me to continue my education without the heavy weight of financial stress. The provision of essential items—even clothing—has brought me both comfort and dignity.
