After training and employment, we desire to create a group of kingdom-minded individuals who can come together to share insights, ideas and experiences. This is to equip upcoming beneficiaries with the necessary tools they need to avoid pitfalls on the path to self-employment and entrepreneurship. Our Kingdom Business Breakfast Meeting (KBBM) which holds monthly provides an avenue where business owners and kingdom-minded professionals can come together to receive:
In the maiden edition of KBBM, Mr. Ita Udoh, Principal of Unperplexed Consulting and Founder of GAMAID foundation shared deep insights on the reality of field service. He shared that doing business was a form of warfare where attaining success requires adopting a war-like mindset. He went on to share that true victory in business and life requires clarity, obedience, submission to spiritual authority and a readiness to be led.
This edition centred on inviting the holy spirit in matters of business to teach and give divine ideas and strategies for success. The area of business was described as a battlefield with poverty, greed, fear, laziness, pride and double-mindedness as enemies. Greed, being more dangerous than poverty, leads many away from God’s focus on stewardship and faithfulness. The field (business) and the temple (spiritual ministry) both require service to God and everyone should see both as something to be done unto the Lord.
In the KBBM September edition, Mr. Ita Udoh shared some spiritual insight of the KBBM, highlighting that KBBM was not just for profit but for Purpose, Prophecy and Profit. Mr. Femi Oke, our guest speaker went on to share that true success comes from asking the right question: What does God want me to do rather than seeking money. A key takeaway was that business was not simply an economic activity but an act of worship and a way of co-creating with God.
